Ordered that Fleming Payne, Thomas Miller, and Sherard Parrish or any two of them be appointed to state, audit and settle the accounts of Humphrey Parrish, administrator of Taylor Gilliam, decd and report the same to the court.

Agreeable to the above order we the subscribers have allotted & settled the accounts of Humphrey Parrish admr. On the estate of Taylor GILLIAM decd. & find a balance due the estate of 6.2.1 & 1/4 as appears above. Given under our hands this 18th day of September 1797.
